Responses of mice immunized only with saline/Montanide ISA-720 did not exceed 3 ± 2 SFC/106 splenocytes when stimulated with any of the antigens used. Splenocytes stimulated with GST as control antigen did not exceed 2 ± 2 SFC/106 splenocytes.
