  1. Housing conditions: 3 = cement-brick walls + cement floor + cement roof; 2 = any of cement walls, floor or roof; 1 = any of the three and; 0 = none of them.
  2. Preventive practices: 2 = reported having bed nets and purchased any product for mosquito bites prevention; 1 = reported any of the two and; 0 = none.
  3. Households reported having malaria: 1 = for those reporting having had malaria and; 0 = for those reporting no malaria.
