RAD-57™ “Rainbow”® Pulse oximeter (Masimo) with fingerprobe for MetHb detection applied to the third finger of the right hand of a child (healthy control) during measurement. The finger/hand is held to reduce movement for 45–60 seconds and the procedure is non-invasive and painless.
