There is a mistake in Table2 (“Real-time quantitative PCR primers”) as the sequence of the pfβactinI sense primer is wrongly annotated. Where it reads GGA CAC ATA TTG TGC CTG C, it should read CCA GCT ATG TAT GTT GCT ATT C.
