A single oral dose of 80 mg of artemether and 480 mg of lumefantrine (4 tablets) was administered to healthy adults as dispersible tablet (Treatment A, fully dispersed in water), crushed tablet (Treatment B, swallowed with water after crushing to coarse particles) or intact tablet (Treatment C, swallowed with water without previous crushing). Bars represent one standard deviation.
