Vaccine elicited anti-PfCyRPA mAbs inhibit parasite growth in vivo. NOD-scid IL2Rγ ^null mice received purified anti-PfCyRPA mAbs by i.v. injection. Mice were then infected with P. falciparum 3D7 and parasitaemia was monitored over 6 days. Values are the mean parasitaemia in human erythrocytes in peripheral blood of three mice per group.
