Monoclonal phage ELISAs for the identification of DiCo1-3 specific clones. Of both light chain shuffling libraries, 84 clones from round 3, packaged with helper phages and 84 clones from round 3 packaged with hyper phages were analysed for binding against 500 ng/well of DiCo1-3 mix in a monoclonal phage ELISA. Binding phages were detected with secondary antibody mouse-anti-M13/fd/F1. Clones with values higher than the cut-off (dashed line) were chosen for further binding analysis
