Growth inhibition of light chain shuffled antibodies OcheA-9, OcheA-16, OcheA-17 and OcheA-17B. Growth inhibitory activity was assessed using growth inhibition assay. Synchronized schizonts were incubated at a parasitaemia of 0.3% with the antibodies. After 48 h parasites were harvested, the pLDH activity quantified and the growth inhibition calculated. Error bars represent mean ± SEM values for two to three repeated assays (n = 2–3) carried out in triplicates. Data were analysed using the "log (agonist) vs. response—find ECanything" function of GraphPad Prism
