Haplotype network analysis of global PfLDH. Haplotype network of global PfLDH was constructed using the NETWORK program ver. 5.0.0.3 with the Median Joining algorithm. A network analysis of 334 sequences shows 22 individual haplotypes. Branch lengths represent the proportion of divergence. The size of each node indicates the proportion of the total haplotype frequencies. The color of each node corresponds to a different geographic region
