Gel electrophoresis of multiplex-RT-PCR products. The nucleic acid isolated from each of nine vector-borne pathogens (positive controls) was amplified using the multiplex-RT-PCR, and the product of each reaction was subjected to 2% agarose gel electrophoresis.
