  2. *Patients were eligible for SLDP treatment if they weighed over or equal to 20 kg, weren’t pregnant and weren’t breastfeeding. Data on Pf/mix cases eligible for treatment shows some discrepancies so has not been included
  3. **Insect repellent top-ups were available when MMPs ran out, this is why number of repellents is higher than number of forest packs
