  1. Results of RT-qPCR of 18S rRNA, Plasmodium simium sexual antigen 25 (Pss25) and P. simium sexual antigen 48/45 (Pss48/45) are showed as positive (green cells), negative (red cells) or discordant results comparing to previously published diagnosis (purple cells)
