ROC curves for out-of-sample (OOS) predictions from 50 test-training splits are given (colored lines), along with the mean ROC curve (black line), and the mean OOS area under the curve (AUC). Diagonal dashed line shows the results of a random classifier. The environmental dataset best predicts OOS uRDT test results (mean OOS AUC = 0.736), while the combined dataset best predicts inpatient admission (mean OOS AUC = 0.683)
