  2. * “Logging, mining, or other outdoor labour” includes logger, miner, rattan collector, hole digger for phone, elephant work, forest ranger, construction; “Other” includes teacher, small business/retail, professional/technical/managerial, mechanic, government staff, military/police, driver, student, unemployed, factory labourer, domestic labour. **Socioeconomic status (SES) measure: represented as the lowest quartile of the first component of the principal component analysis (PCA). PCR speciation results were available for 40 out of 45 cases (89%)
