Automatic electrophoresis (QIAxcel, QIAGEN®) of the amplified fragments of the region F3 of the Pvmsp-1. Samples 1, 2 and 3 belonged to the studied patient. Sample 4 was a P. vivax of different origin. Samples from 1 to 4 were amplified by duplicate. `N´ was a negative sample. Fragments of 15 bp and 3000 bp are the internal markers of the automatic electrophoresis
